The clip on the Tenicor is stronger/sturdier. Same price so no decider there. The fit and finish on the vedder was definitely better and as a result the positive click into place was better. If I had to choose- the Tenicor Certum3 is a nicer all around holster. Made in USA, under $100, and have lots of options. Comes in 1 color, they’re quality, comes with top tier hardware out of the box, integrated wedge, integrated claw. It retains the firearm well and consistently, draws well (and comes off in pocket if I push it off with my thumb), and has held up well over the past few years.
